Ragive Dulcio, Prophet of the Lord
Prophet Ragive Dulcio is the Senior Pastor of Shiloh Ministries Inc. He is from Cap-Haitian, Haiti, where he accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal savior in 1994. As a young convert, he immediately had zeal to serve in ministry diligently. He started as a praise and worship leader at his local church in Haiti, and also did missionary work and evangelism.
With God's anointed hand upon him, he ministers worldwide so people can experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit's power through redemption, restoration, revelation, demonstration and deliverance. He is committed and eager to win souls for Christ and uses preaching to provide God's divine Word to address matters that are important to salvation
